CancerCARE helps thousands of Members through their cancer journey each year. We are here to provide you with additional help and support through this difficult time. Please activate the program by completing the registration form below. Once submitted, a CancerCARE intake coordinator will reach out to you for any additional information and to finalize your registration into the Program. At this point, a specialized nurse will be assigned to your case who will work with you through the rest of your cancer journey.
