Cancer CARE for Life is a program that supports you before, during, and after cancer. It provides support, guidance, tools, and resources to make the cancer journey easier for you and your family.
If you are diagnosed, you’ll be paired with a nurse who specializes in cancer care. Your nurse can explain your diagnosis, answer questions, help with treatment decisions, and guide you through each step.
No. Cancer CARE for Life also focuses on prevention, screenings, and life after treatment. You can join even if you are not in active treatment.
No. The program is included with your life insurance or employee benefits. There are no extra costs to you.
If your plan or policy includes Cancer CARE for Life, you can join by calling or emailing us. If you are newly diagnosed or already in treatment, we’ll help you move into the program right away.
Your nurse can explain your diagnosis, help you prepare questions for your doctor, guide you through treatment options, and connect you to resources. They will walk with you through every step (or stage) of your cancer journey.
Yes. When your treatment ends, you’ll move into our Survivorship Program. We’ll support you with follow-up visits, healthy lifestyle guidance returning to work, and regular checkups to lower the chance of cancer coming back or starting again.
Yes. Cancer CARE for Life is for you and your eligible dependents. Your spouse and children can also use the program if they are covered under your plan.
No. We do not replace or overrule your doctor. Our nurses work alongside your care team to give you extra support, answer questions, and help you understand your options. Your doctor always makes the final decisions about your care.
