App Store / Google Play

  • If the app fails, you may request a refund from the App Store/Google Play, but IHS is responsible for all other issues.
  • The App Store/Google Play is not responsible for legal claims related to the app.
  • Apple/Google are “third-party beneficiaries,” meaning they can enforce these rules too.
  • If you use Apple devices, your license is limited to Apple products you own or control.

User-Provided Data

  • You may share information with us (text, images, files, etc.).
  • Do not upload illegal, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not upload viruses or harmful code.
